Nesta (@NestalovesCass) was banned from Chaturbate on 5/18 without a clear explanation on the reason for the ban or any instructions for an appeal process (see image of message below). Nesta is also seemingly banned from participating to our couple's account Cassianesta, which unfortunately makes that account useless.
While we do not understand why this happened, we'd like to make things right and apologize for any breach of regulations Nesta may have accidentally stumbled upon.
We wrote Chaturbate but have not heard back - could you please help us with this issue that took a significant toll on us.
We love Chaturbate and have found a great community with it - we ask that they please don't take it away from us, or at least provide us with the reason and the steps to lift the ban.
