Hello to the admins and models of the SC platform. I would like to share my situation and would greatly appreciate your advice.

- I registered my studio account using my identity, and my studio has been running smoothly on this platform since the beginning of 2024.

- It all started in early April of this year (2026) when I tried to register myself as a model while still owning my studio. My registration was rejected due to "different information," which I didn't understand specifically. I thought the platform didn't allow someone who had already registered a studio to be a model. It wasn't until I contacted support staff via a ticket at the bottom of the website that they said, "You previously uploaded documents with completely different information." Through multiple exchanges via support tickets, I discovered that I appeared to have been identity-stolen, as around 2024 I had provided my image to companies promoting webcam beauty software. I never imagined they would use it to impersonate me and register on the system, causing a data conflict regarding my identity on the website.

- I have now submitted several more support tickets to the moderation team, hoping to receive their assistance in clearing my name. I am truly a victim of identity theft without my knowledge. Because of this, I don't have much information about the case; I don't know who did it or when it happened. All I can do to prove my innocence is to be here and willing to provide all legal government documents linking me to my identity, to participate in verification video calls or upload documents for the support team to manually review.

- The current status of the studio I own: it has been operating until now, since I questioned it and the moderation team investigated the cause (this past April). My documents was rejected and the upload button was locked again (I tried registering another account but it was also rejected, and the reason was still "already uploaded other information").However, the models in it are still active, broadcasting normally, and I also receive weekly payments from the website via the wallet address that matches my name that was previously entered on the website. Does this mean I am not banned from the platform?

I would appreciate any advice or guidance from the admin team on how to clean up my identity and remove the fake information that someone else has posted on the website so that I can re-verify and operate normally. I am very grateful for everyone's suggestions. My Studio accout name Abus_steyr

Hi there. You and I have been in touch many times on other platforms. The information previously given to you by myself, the CM for your region and our Support team still stands.
