Hello. My case is probably the most unique on this platform. My studio account on stripchat, Abus_steyr, was registered quite a while ago, and I probably used an old-style ID card to register before that.
Recently, a few models in the studio expressed interest in broadcast with me, so I tried registering myself as a model. Of course, when I used my new ID card/passport with a chip, the platform rejected my application, citing "already registered with different information." Therefore, I messaged the support team all week, and the result was disappointing: Instead of helping me update and consolidate my paperwork on the system, they removed my documents from the studio's database, locked the document upload button, and refused to approve any new models in the new studio I created and verified with new documents – strangely enough, they still approved the new studio.
Currently, my old studio is still operating: Models can still broadcast, receive tokens as usual, and weekly salaries are still automatically transferred to the wallet address I previously provided. However, for the past week, I've been communicating via email, explaining, and providing my documents in the hope of being able to re-upload the content, but their responses have been very robotic and unsatisfactory.
It feels like they're implicitly banning me from the platform. They said they won't approve any more accounts based on my materials, or models who register through the studio I uploaded materials to. I need someone higher up to help me in this situation. Can Stella or Elira help me? I haven't violated anything, the material isn't banned, but they're freezing my account.
