I hope you get it sorted out! I have had this happen to me once and it took a few weeks to get it after contacting support and it was over four thousand dollars, not a good feeling.
My current payout in crypto is also delayed, hopefully it's just a long weekend thing.. definitely feel you, fingers crossed it all gets resolved quickly
