A month ago I got a warning that was a lazy copy and paste of everything in this line from the T&C.

Depictions of actual or simulated illegal and unsafe actions, including, but not limited to: violence, blood, torture, cutting, extreme blood restriction, pain, asphyxiation, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm. Illegal drugs (or drugs that may be perceived as illegal in certain locations, such as medicinal marijuana) are strictly prohibited.

I wasn't doing any of these things, but I was using a cock pump and then cock ring / ball stretcher which made me look red and swollen and I thought maybe it was detected as "extreme blood restriction" (which is something new they've added to this list). So I emailed support asking for clarification.

They took a month to reply and said they had given me the courtesy of reviewing and reconfirming the violation, which is not what I asked them to do, and still without telling me what the violation was. I asked them again to clarify and got the same canned response. They don't seem to understand my query, it's like support is an idiot AI now and there's no humans left.

My username is northcave.

That's exactly what you asked them to do by asking for a review.

WHAT HAS GONE WRONG WITH COMMON SENSE???

Even though it sounds like your question's already been answered...

Yup (not that I'm calling anyone at CB idiots...to be clear..), I posted a rant on social media earlier today after an annoying experience I had this afternoon with a damn AI chatbot (not cam related). I had a very simple request, and the damn thing couldn't even reiterate/confirm that it understands and will complete my request. Just kept repeating the few same phrases over and over. So I said nevermind, forget it...and just ended the chat. SMH.

Where do I start...

1. I didn't get banned, I didn't mention the word "ban" anywhere.
2. I didn't ask for a "review" of anything, I asked for clarification of what specific act triggered the warning, which under P2B regulations Chaturbate should be legally required to provide. They have done this for me in the past.
3. A cock pump is not "extreme blood restriction", and afaik they are not banned on Chaturbate.
4. Cock rings are blood restriction, but not "extreme", and common sense would say they are not banned on Chaturbate either.

I guess this fits the meme that the first replies you receive on any thread will be from people who didn't read the OP.

First message I post into most live chat support now is "agent" (normally transfers you through to an actual support rep) AI chat bots are completely useless and they just pull the info from the FAQ, they dont have account level access (from all the ones I have used at least) which would make sense because they arnt secure enough to do it (to easy to make them leak other peoples data etc and if it happens the company can't blame and fire an employee over it so they are held responsible)
