My account has been blocked, and I have not received any response regarding the reason.

My account with the nickname Boyarduchess was blocked on the platform after four days of live streaming, during which I had a significant amount on my balance. I contacted support twice over the past two months, but I have not received any response, nor was I provided with the reason for the blockage or any violation of the platform's rules.

I would very much like to understand the reason for the suspension and learn how I can restore my account and access my funds. If you could assist me in resolving this matter, I would be extremely grateful.

, and I worked at a studio. When I wanted to leave, the studio added my credentials to the account of a banned girl. This also led to my ban, even though I committed no offense. Please allow me to broadcast on Chaturbate again. I will no longer work at the studio and will become an independent model. I have contacted the support team several times to find out the reason for the ban and to understand how I can unlock my account or at least withdraw my funds. Unfortunately, I have not received any replies for three months.

It feels like my money was simply taken away. I kindly ask you to explain the reason for the account block and tell me how I can recover access to my account or withdraw my remaining tokens.

I hope for your honest response and a fair resolution to my issue.

I’m very sorry to bother you, but I wanted to kindly ask if you could possibly help me with my Chaturbate support ticket #25514208.

On my account “Boyarduchess”, another model named “NovaFury” appeared on stream, but unfortunately she was not added as a verified streamer on my account beforehand. Because of this, both her account and mine were banned.

I completely understand that this was a mistake on my side, and I truly want to fix the situation properly. I’m fully willing to verify her on my account, add her as a guest performer, and make sure something like this never happens again in the future.

The problem is that when I contacted Chaturbate support and explained everything, I only received an automated survey asking to rate the platform, and my ticket was closed without any real response.

If there is any chance you could help me or point me in the right direction, I would be extremely grateful. I genuinely respect the platform rules and only want the opportunity to resolve this situation correctly.

Dear Chaturbate Support Team,

I am writing because I am very concerned about an unresolved issue that has been pending for more than four months.

Unfortunately, two verified models accidentally mixed up two separate accounts, and the model NovaFury was streamed on the Boyarduchess account. As a result, both accounts were suspended.

The most serious issue is that more than 40,000 tokens are currently locked across these two accounts, and I have been unable to access or withdraw these funds. Both models are fully verified on the Chaturbate platform, and I am worried that I may never be able to recover the earnings that belong to us.

I have already contacted support, but I have not yet received a response. I would greatly appreciate any update regarding the status of this case and information about whether the suspended funds can be released or returned.
