I am experiencing a frustrating technical issue with Chaturbate regarding a Private Show and I wanted to post here to see if anyone else has faced this recently, or if any CB support staff monitoring the forum could look into my case.
During a Private Show (12 tkn/min) with another user watching in Spy Mode (+6 tkn/min), my token counter completely froze at 573 tokens. The show continued normally for about 5 minutes, but none of the per-minute tokens from either the Private Show or the Spy user were credited to my account. After 5 minutes, someone sent a 50-token tip, which updated the counter to 623 tokens, but the missing minutes were gone.
Based on my calculations, I am missing exactly 144 tokens (18 tokens/min x 8 minutes of total frozen/uncounted time).
I have already submitted an official support ticket with all the specific details, token counts, and timestamps, but I haven't received a response yet since it's an automated reply so far.
Could anyone advise how long it usually takes for support to fix these stream glitches manually? And if there is any CB staff here, I would highly appreciate it if you could help escalate my ticket.
