My account Enkeer has been blocked since May 19th. I have been working on this site since the beginning of 2021 and I have never had any serious violations, I only work on Chaturbate and I work every day, and I plan to work on this site for many more years. I really love Chaturbate and I've always really enjoyed working here, it's my only job and source of income. I am very sorry for my mistake, please forgive me. I really regret what happened, I really never wanted to break the rules and I really didn’t know that the girl with whom I uploaded the video to my bio was blocked. Support tells me that she was blocked for attempting to fraud, but I checked this and her real reason for blocking is completely different, I can even tell you the exact date and time of her last broadcast, on which she bled and after which she was blocked. I was asked to confirm her identity a few months after I deleted that video and no longer sell it, we immediately sent her documents but they do not pass verification due to her blocking. I never broadcast together with her and I really didn’t know that she was blocked. I really made a mistake, I fully admit my guilt, I am ready to do anything and fulfill any of your requests to unblock my account. Please forgive me. I am very sorry for what happened. I promise that I will work without any violations as before. I wrote to support 4 days ago, but they don’t answer me. Can you please tell me what I can do to unblock my account?

Hi again, thank you very much for your answer. Support sent me this message with this number on May 29th, with asking me to rate the support. I don't have any new messages from support yet. I sent a message to support on May 31st, stating the exact date of the incident to prove the real reason for her ban. I'll wait for a response from support. (gordon228 is my previous username from 2022 year).

Support still hasn't responded, it's been 6 days already. What can I do? Is "Support@chaturbate.com" an email address I can send email to? Sorry, I don't quite understand
I think there was an error in the email address linked in the post you replied to, it has been updated now. Yes, the rep is suggesting you email that email address with your current question as the previous issue was (I assume) already marked as complete.

Still no response. I guess support just ignoring me. I'm going to write a new post and file an appeal
