Hello @punker barbie @AmberCutie i hope you're doing well. I'm a model on CB ( my username is sexy_mistress5 ), and my account was recently suspended because another streamer went live on my account unknowingly and they were never verified on my account. Its going a month now and I already sent a message to support with all the details they had requested and i'm still waiting for a response. I really need to get my account unblocked or at least find out how long the suspension lasts and if you can help, I'd be incredibly grateful.
 
Did you get the other streamer to get herself/himself age verified on your account or added her model name (if she/he streams on CB) to your account as a guest?

As far as I know that is the only way a suspension like this will be removed. Sending the details via a message to support does not usually work unless the addition of verification has been done via your model verification page first

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the model in question was also suspended and has since quit camming all together

Please provide your ticket number so I may pass it along to our Support team

Just reply to that email with the username of the other person. Even if they quit camming, CB will still have their info

Many apologies for being a bother. I responded to support with the requested details and for some reason i am now unable to access my account or even reset my password. It keeps giving me the screenshot below despite using the correct password

i have tried resetting my password but i don't receive the reset mail despite the email address being verified.

I am really stressed out at this point and broke. Kindly please assist

Yes, support responded on the 5th, and I promptly replied with all the requested account identification and verification details. However, since then, I have not received any further communication regarding my case.

To make matters worse, I am now unable to access my account altogether. I have also attempted to reset my password multiple times, but unfortunately, those attempts have been unsuccessful as well.

I am becoming increasingly concerned, as I urgently need access to my account. I have fully complied with the verification process and would greatly appreciate an update on the status of my case or any assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue as soon as possible
