I have just sent a direct reply to their email submitting a final mercy reconsideration appeal. Since this was my very first violation, I took 100% full accountability, explained that it was a single-instance mistake out of policy ignorance, and pledged strict 100% on-site compliance moving forward.


Could you please assist in asking the compliance team if they can review my latest reply and consider lifting the suspension to grant me a second chance?
