My account got banned a few months ago. I still do not know the reason for the ban becausethe e mail adress I was using for my account, "encaraMESSI23", had been (still is) hacked and I lost all access to it without an option to recover it.
I have been trying for months now but i really can not recover my e mail.
I asked the Chaturbate support team to contact me on another e mail adress instead but they never did. Can I please ask you to contact me on this e mail adress/ on this account instead?
It's a shame because I genuinely do not know what I did wrong. I can assure you that I have never offended anyone, nor made anybody feel uncomfortable by my presence or actions. I've spent tens of thousands of tokens on this account and I had created so many friendly relationships with different models, not once have I been banned for the years that I have used my account. This is my first ban and it would really be a pitty if it is a permanent one.
I sincerely apologise if I have broken any rules and I promise to familiarise myself with the terms and conditions. I can assure you it will NEVER happen again, I just need to know what I did wrong.
Please contact me through this account or the current e mail adress I am using. I would really like to resolve the issue because i can not wait to go back to using Chaturbate.
