I've been dealing with an ongoing appeal with Chaturbate regarding a permanent ban, and I'm hoping you might be able to help clarify a misunderstanding that may have affected the outcome that led to the response i received from the team on 5th of October as acknowledged.
As part of the appeal process, I was asked by support team to have my sister complete verification and provide a username,there had been a confusion and so i ended up providing two usernames, but
beehappy222 is the account where my sister actually completed the requested verification. I submitted it on October 3rd before the deadline given to me by support team, but the final decision appears to have been based on entirely a different account sweetrinaboo which is my mistake because I should have told the team explicitly not to review sweetrinaboo, and I apologize for not doing so.
However, I complied with the investigative process your team requested, and I provided the correct username before the deadline. I am not asking your team to rely solely on my explanation. I am asking that the actual verification record the team requested be reviewed.
Please reconsider the appeal after reviewing
beehappy222, as I believe the current decision was made based on the wrong account.
I've already provided evidence needed to Support via email, but I haven't been able to resolve this confusion. Since the situation is very unique and unusual, I'd appreciate any help in getting the correct account reviewed by the appropriate team.
