Dear Stripchat Team and @Stella_SC,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to share the details of my situation and to respectfully ask whether, under Stripchat’s rules and the full context of what occurred, there is any possibility of reviewing my case and restoring my account.

On October 12, 2026, my account was permanently banned for “broadcasting pre-recorded video instead of a live stream.” The ban was issued immediately, with no prior suspensions or warnings.

Here is what actually happened:

During a live stream that lasted more than five hours, I was present the entire time. For a couple of short minutes, I used a BRB screen in a short loop format (38 seconds) to organize the elements of a special foam show I had already prepared. In that brief window I needed to:

• Reposition the camera at a difficult angle (on the floor, pointing upward),

• Bring the necessary props and materials,

• Place a transparent box to protect the camera from water,

• Change the lens filter,

• And make other set adjustments.

Doing these technical changes on camera would have looked messy and unprofessional, so I used the short loop to complete them quickly and keep the presentation clean and orderly.

The loop was clearly not live content: it had no sound, sensitive areas were blurred, and the actions were cut into very short segments. After the brief transition, I carried out the special foam show as planned and continued the stream until the end. A couple of minutes after I finished the stream, I received the email notifying me of the permanent account termination.

According to Stripchat’s rules:

“The use of BRB screens and intro loops is allowed, as long as it is completely clear that they are not Live. Passing off pre-recorded content as a Live show is a serious violation.”

In addition, the “How to read these guidelines” section states that context is fundamental and that full situations are evaluated, not isolated moments. At no point did I replace the live show with pre-recorded content, nor was I absent for any prolonged period. I only used that short and obvious loop for technical preparation.

I have already completely removed all BRB images and video loops from my OBS setup, and I committed to follow the community rules strictly from now on if I’m allowed to continue streaming.

I have tried to contact support through the standard channels, but so far I have only received automated responses and no direct review of my case. I am writing here in the hope that someone from the team can look at the full context and give my case a human review.

I truly value my work on Stripchat. Losing the account after two years of consistent effort has been very hard for me in many ways. Considering the rules and the complete circumstances of what happened, is there any possibility of a review or a second chance?

I would also appreciate it if anyone could share the contact email of any Spanish-speaking community agent who might be able to assist with my case in a direct way.

Thank you in advance for any guidance or help you can provide.

Best regards,

Thewizardcherry
