    Hi Shirley, I am having audio issues when trying to broadcast. My mic works perfectly with everything except CB. When I allow CB to use my mic and cam, I can choose my mic (Blue Snowball USB) from the dropdown menu. However, no audio feedback. I have tried my webcam mic and my laptop mic. Still nothing. It simply is not using the mic despite them being there.

    Hey Shirley, this is goddesslondon on Chaturbate. I received an email saying my account had been suspended due to suspicious login activity, but provided a link for me to unblock my account. I did so yesterday, but today I cannot login to my account. I logged in on my friend's computer a few days prior to cash out my tokens because I wasn't home and I think that's why my account was suspended (security reasons).

    Hi Shirley, I was recently banned and told that the reason was that I look too young despite having proved my age. I was initially told I would get my final payout of over $1550 paid to me but then CB Support seems to have changed their mind and told me I won't be paid.

ID verification, I was told by support my photo with my ID wasn't clear enough. I paid for professional large clear photos, uploaded them and I was denied and banned again.     Hi ,shirley i joined cb in nov 2014 and was earning good suddenly in july i did not receive payouts and i got reply there is some fradulent activities in my accounts that is why payouts are on hold again in august i got an email there is no any fraudulent activities in my account and all things are ok in my account but suddenly after this in september 2015 i got banned,pls help me

    I was banned and given no reason. I hadn't been on in like 6 days Till friday and I did nothing in my show besides chat. Over the weekend I found out that i was hacked and they had my password for chaturbate i seen it with my own eyes maybe someone hacked my account and done something as me I'm not sure but I know I didn't do anything to be banned .     Hello, Miss Shirley I got banned from cb today for being 'underaged' My age verification process is still remaining. I have a passport but it is expired it shows my name, date of birth and address but has a photo of me when i was much younger. I have a college ID with the same NAME, AGE AND DATE OF BIRTH with a much more current photo will both the IDS work. I also have AADHAR CARD (most trusted id card in india)

    Hi I have recently been warned on Chaturbate because, I had my boyfriend in the same room as me while broadcasting. I went through the whole ID process once more and I was accepted again, then when I broadcasted a few days later, the site completly banned me within 5 minutes.     Hello, my account was recently banned, I don't know why I was banned because support will not answer me. They just keep sending me a list of reasons somebody could be banned. I have read them many times and I have not broken any of these rules. I was wondering if you could help me get un-banned and help me get my tokens converted before the pay period ends. Thank You!

    Hello! I got my chaturbate account banned without violation any of the terms. It was a grey member is my room that kept coming with new accounts and threatening. I tried to to the age verification process but they still don't approve my account even if the information on photos is perfectly readable. I have also sent them e-mail but no answer. I hope you can help me! :(

    I would like to find out the reason for my ban, I do not wish to lose my final payout if for some reason chaturbate doesnt want me anymore.

    Hey pinkbarbie....im sure you get this a lot but my Blaizehaunt account was banned on Chaturbate and I would like to apologize for ignorance to any and all rules and plead for a reply on why I was banned! Its been days and 3 support requests later and still nothing...I hope this isn't permanent.
