Yes it is Shirley. The support team just keeps sending me the same response over and over. To send a piece of information to my bank which i have already done, and the bank said they havent found any transfer for me. I keep responding and telling them the bank never found anything and they say the same thing. This is frustrating and im so sorry to bug you about this!
