  Hi Punker Barbie.
  My chaturbate.com account was banned recently and now the tokens in my account are being held hostage. I e-mailed support and they responded that I have to do an age verification to unblock my account. I feel that I didn't have to do this verification to buy tokens and I shouldn't have to do one to unblock my account, especially if I'm NOT a performer. I'd appreciate it if you can help me out.

  Hey punker barbie! Im having another problem. I have a friend of mine wanting to join me on cam and i uploaded his ID, very clear pictures several times and they all got rejected. I woke up today and my account was banned for "being underage" even when all the appropriate IDs have been submitted of mine and i am the only person to ever cam on my account. Please help!

  I sista_souljagirl have contacted support over 10 times by email now. They send me a email saying they sent my payment for $154.95 on Tuesday 5/2/2017. I talk to my bank there's no pending transactions at all.TODAY IS THE 3RD BUSINESS DAY SUPPORT SENT A EMAIL SAYING THE PAYMENT OF $154.95 WAS SENT 5/2/2017 IT'S IS NOW 5/5/2017

  Daily payouts are still not going through and I'm wondering why? Cashed out Monday on daily payout it is Thursday 2:30am and no payout. Could it take longer?   Hi punker barbie, my original account camguy125 was banned because chaturbate had " reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service." But all I've been trying to do is verify my account. I has re-sent several pictures including a high-quality scan of my ID, but they still could not verify me and eventually just banned me.   Hello punkerbarbie, yesterday my account banned from CB. It says due to age verification, I'm older than 18, I dont wanna be your model so I dont wanna earn money on chaturbate. I was cam2cam chatting with your model. I use CB so often, I cant send id or pic due to privacy safety issues. Is there any way to open my account ?   Hi, I have submitted my age documents 4 times, and I fail to get verified. I am sharing an email and IP address with a friend that has been verified. I found today I had been banned. I get the same response from support. I have been banned for violating the TOS, but no insight on the violation. Any help or advisement would be greatly appreciated.   HI PUNKER_BARBIE , I have not been able to verify my account, , I uploaded photos and high resolution documents are very large it looks perfect , I don't know how many different types of photos I have tried, ID is not valid. ID is not valid, ID is too small, I tried many times with other accounts but is always the same, I want to begin to have fun, I want to be part of their community.

  Hi, i was banned for looking underage (even being 20) I never wore makeup on cam, but with it I easily look my age.   Hi PB, I just got age verified and I want to start broadcasting (I'm new to camming). I do not want to show my face on camera (as many other models on cb) and when I do I will ware a wig and a mask. I have read a lot of messages below and I have seen a lot of people complaining that their accounts were suspended because they do not look like in the ID pic when they broadcasting.
