My CB name is Pollybaby. I converted my tokens to cash on April 30. I have direct deposit and normally my payment comes within 3-4 days. Its been past the 7 days that CB says payments get deposited into accounts. I'm wondering if this is a normal thing that it could take longer than 7 days or if there is a problem with my account? Not sure if I should just be patient and wait it out longer or contact support?

My account was banned! I don't know what I did wrong nothing to my knowledge I love being a broadcaster and I review the TOS and make sure I follow I'm so confused & this is my livelihood idk what to do how do I fix this???

Another poster pointed me here. My name is Hornhigheleven on Chaturbate. I was banned Monday. I replied immediately but no response. I've been camming 4 months with 850 fans and know I've kept all the rules! That same night the Microsoft account team alerted me to unusual activity - could I have been hacked? My chaturbate account 'alittleslaland' was lifted of a ban. i didn't realize it needed age verification again and i tried to broadcast. it was banned immediately after submitting ids. An anxious mind is wondering if there is any more mercy left in this Cam experience.

My chaturbate.com account was banned recently and now the tokens in my account are being held hostage. I e-mailed support and they responded that I have to do an age verification to unblock my account. I feel that I didn't have to do this verification to buy tokens and I shouldn't have to do one to unblock my account, especially if I'm NOT a performer. I'd appreciate it if you can help me out.

Hey punker barbie! Im having another problem. I have a friend of mine wanting to join me on cam and i uploaded his ID, very clear pictures several times and they all got rejected. I woke up today and my account was banned for "being underage" even when all the appropriate IDs have been submitted of mine and i am the only person to ever cam on my account. Please help!

Daily payouts are still not going through and I'm wondering why? Cashed out Monday on daily payout it is Thursday 2:30am and no payout. Could it take longer? Hi punker barbie, my original account camguy125 was banned because chaturbate had " reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service." But all I've been trying to do is verify my account. I has re-sent several pictures including a high-quality scan of my ID, but they still could not verify me and eventually just banned me.
