    Hello, I'm "xfaithfulnessx" on Chaturbate. I've got issues with my payment method, it was wire transfer at first but it didn't work. Now I have a firstchoicepaycard and I updated my payment info. The wire transfer that did not arrive was sent on September 15th. May I ask when is it going to arrive? It's almost a month and I'm afraid that the money will get lost.

    Thank you for posting. The wire transfer was returned to CB on September 18 and was sent on to Payoneer/First Choice yesterday by CB. Now it needs to be processed by Firstchoice and you should have it in your First Choice account in a few days. Happy camming!

Unless you share her account and have been age verified WITH her, neither Support nor I can answer questions concerning a broadcaster's account with anyone but the actual owner of the account for security and privacy.

    Hello... So I have a really dumb question that has probably been answered but I'm not sure how to find my answer...

    So I am a new model on Chaturbate and on my tokens stats there are two columns, tokens and tokens balance...

    Can you explain the difference between the two because they don't match at all...

    Tokens are what you're either receiving (+) or spending (-).
    Token Balance is showing how many tokens you actually have.

    Well, since it was my very first time on the site, I don't believe that I have ever spent any tokens, so shouldn't the two balances be the same? Sorry, but I'm still confused, lol...

    Thank you! I seen alot of post here just straight up .. "Help, my account got banned" .. I know because I'm guilty at that. It was one of my first posting here on this forum.
    I'm not sure if you guys do this out of love, or you acctually get paid (how do i apply?), but I'm glad we get personalized reply. So overall, I do wanna say THaNK YOU for what you do, you guys are doing a great job!

    @punkerbarbie I did remove my Skype information from my profile and also from my list of rules. I still don't think my account has been unbanned yet? My boyfriend is also verified to show up in my shows now because I emailed support and they said it was because of his lack of age verification. I had already had him verified but maybe they missed it? Anyway I reverified him anyway just in case.

    Your account is now unlocked. It was ghosted for a short time yesterday, while the techs looked into why it was linked to multiple other accounts that had been banned in the past. Happy camming!

    I would appreciate if you could help clarify why my account was banned and more importantly how to get it reinstated. My partner and I were just chatting and laughing with guests while he was giving me a neck massage and all of a sudden we saw the room users diminishing and then realized that my account was banned.     Thank you for bringing this to my attention. This is rather odd, all support found on your account is confirmations that your payments were sent and no report of a hacked account. Please email Support@Chaturbate.com from the email account associated with your CB account they will walk you through the process of straightening this out.

    I have been locked out of my cb account since April, spyder75 is my user name, My account got hacked into one morning and all 600 of my tokens got spend on some model I've never seen, so I changed my password and did the 2 step verification thing and everything was good,that night my password would not work and I tried to use the password recovery option which is supposed to send a reset code in my email

    I've been getting quite a few questions on exactly what the rules are for halloween costumes, since people are seeing reports of poeple getting warned/banned on twitter. would you be able to give an explicit list of the rules so it can be passed around to try to clear up the confusion (and hopefully lead to less work for the CB staff)?     I don't get how cb comes up with these rules when it comes to costumes. The same laws that protect cosplayers twitch streamers. New York and California cosplayers that do it for money on the streets. You tubers and mainstream porn companies. Also protect cam models too. For some reason CB is not only the only cam site with these rules. But only streaming site with rules like these.

    Did you enter your bank account number, choose to have a check sent to you or link your account to a payment method like Paxum or First Choice? That's choosing a payment method. :)

Please take a screen cap of the account screen and email it as an attachment to Support@Chaturbate.com and they will help you get your tipping feature back.     Hey! I have an issue, on my chaturbate account Shuyarawr it said I'm unable to send tips, contact support. I thought this was an issue with my account so I created a new account being Shuyachu and put more tokens on my account only to find the same issue, is there a reason why I'm unable to tip?

    Thank you for your post. Both of your accounts have been fixed. Please note that if you have multiple accounts on CB, our system is set to lock all of them that are tied together after you reach a maximum of 7 accounts. So please consider closing any accounts you are no longer using to avoid a permanent ban.

    Hi. i'm having problems with my ID verification. i was wondering if there is any ways to resolve this. I have a poor front camera resolution and hence why i am getting denied due to blurry pictures. I believe the problem that i am facing is my image number 2 and not number 1 because from my point of view Image number 1 seems fine. Is there any way to resolve this issue? my username in chaturbate is asianleow.

    Thank you for posting. May I suggest that you have another person take the photo of you holding your ID? Many times that is the only way to make sure the ID information is legible for our review team, while holding it next to your face. Please try that and if there is still no validation, let me know and I'll follow up with Support.

    Hi. I'm having trouble getting my payment for Sept 1-15th. It was sent to Paxum (i thought I had direct deposit setup, i do now). Paxum is currently not verifying US accounts, so I could not withrdraw the money from them at all. As of Friday 22nd they emailed me saying the money would be returned to sender within 12-24 hours.     I started at CB in december 2016, I made shows during two months and stopped until last when I did 3 shows (2 in pvt), and yesterday I tried to login in my account and I there was a message saying that my account was banned. I sent lots of e-mails for the support and they said that can't help me with this. There's no explanation!! I'm sure that I didn't violet any terms and there, can you help?
