    CB Hours has said that the API uses the same view as if you were not logged so she would appear higher. 139-8 would be 94.56% so her room would still be dropped in the site ranking.

    The secondary issue of this thread is that rooms are being dropped to page 30 or below when they DON'T have a bad rating.

    I've suggested to models I know to have a rotating notice saying, "Everything you see on CB is 5-7 seconds delayed (or more), so please be patient if tips or requests take a few moments before I get to them", and also before a private show to ask viewers to wait for them but to count to 10...

    There are a number of things not to like about the current satisfaction score system: It's opaque. The rules for when satisfaction score affects site ranking aren't clear and are certainly broken at the moment (hence parts of this thread). It's open to abuse and weaponization by trolls...

    No. It just hides the numbers; it doesn't disable the ability to give thumbs up or thumbs down.

    I looked around page 28/29 and there are a number of models there with 3-figure viewerships and satisfaction ratings between 95 and 96%. Something is really off.

    I'll check what page the model I mentioned is on when she streams next, but her rating is 95.75%. If CB has moved the goal posts again then it's bad for everyone.

    Remember to calculate the percent based on the numbers because the visible percent is rounded up, e.g., 94.2% is shown as 95%.

    I think it's just misapplying the term to the behaviour being experienced, though probably better to stay away from it all together.

    I took a look using another popular room that recently crossed under the 95% threshold as a reference and the behaviour described by @bamdicted is correct. Must be that CB orders rooms differently for logged-in vs. anonymous viewers.

    I'm not sure about only being visible to guests, but not being on the homepage is likely because your satisfaction score has fallen below 95% (currently 94.1%) which would significantly lower your site ranking.

    This isn't entirely accurate. V2 apps receive User Follow events regardless of whether the user is in the room or not, but they can't differentiate whether the user is in the room or not just based on that event. Follower is a good app, though, and does just what it's supposed to do.

    Hello @punker barbie I wrote two emails last month to CB Support (dated May 3 and May 12, respectively) reporting that a user has been impersonating me on CB using multiple accounts. I am hoping you can tell me if my emails are still being looked at, please and thank you.

    Chaturbate bot - to see if known users are in other rooms?

    I've had a model stalk me on CB using a scraper she had someone build, so it does happen. The best response to a model like that is to run in the opposite direction as fast as you can.
