not listed on chaturbate homepage

Hi @punker barbie ! im model Hotfallingdevil and i have a biiig problem in last few days.: Im not listed on home page .i can be seen by guests only ,but not by members with verified accounts.. I changed pc ,settings,browsers everything and still same problem. Support told me i have stream issues,but i dont have., i checked carefully. Can you help me please?? thank uuu

Did you also check this setting? I can also verify that I don't see you on the main page, but I do see you on my followed page.

there is a setting "List My Cam on the Home Page:" in setting &privacy , check that

i can confirm you have 1700 users now (enough to be on the homepage , and you're not on page 1 or 2)

more then 95% of these users are followers , and that is a lot .. ~ 1% of all your followers

there are a few non followers and anons , they must have found you somewhere

I'm not sure about only being visible to guests, but not being on the homepage is likely because your satisfaction score has fallen below 95% (currently 94.1%) which would significantly lower your site ranking.

What I experienced, I follow the room, was this, I could see the room in my following page, but I could not see her on the home page, according to @cbhours her CB rank was in the top 3 rows of the home page, and if I logged off CB I could see the room in that area of the home page.

I took a look using another popular room that recently crossed under the 95% threshold as a reference and the behaviour described by @bamdicted is correct. Must be that CB orders rooms differently for logged-in vs. anonymous viewers.

I noticed that about your room last night. I use many of the same tags as you, and we stream around the same time. I see you often, usually just above my cam on the tags we share. But yesterday, I noticed you were WAY far down on the page where users with 50-100 viewers sit, even though you had 1200 viewers at the time.

I thought it was strange, so I checked your stream to see if there was a tech problem and I couldn't spot anything. You also had a typical ratio of registered/unregistered viewers. I ended up thinking it might be your satisfaction score, but I see many people with much worse scores on the first page, so idk.

Then I got around to thinking, it's been quite a while since I saw your cam. I thought you might have quit. But I checked cbhours and you are streaming almost daily still. There's definitely an issue and I don't think it's on your end.

A while back, another top model on CB (Madeline_jackson) was experiencing a similar issue and CB wouldn't help. She ended up creating a new account (Leahsthetics). Well, that account didn't have the same problem and she soared to the top of the page each day (which was her usual before her account started having issues).

So if all else fails with CB support, maybe try what Leahsthetics did.
