    If the CB page shows no cam video and the status says 'was online x (few) minutes ago, it means the SC cam model honored your privacy and ended the stream on CB just then. There is no problem - they did what you want - a private show just for you. Go back and give them a follow up tip ?

    In this context, "Last Broadcast" must refer to your last broadcast that was completely stopped. Your current live broadcast wouldn't count. That would also explain what @dreaming_sweet is observing.
