    Another update (sorry for all the posts, think this will be the last one) Well, they say my id is already approved on this account, although we didn't get approved E-mail, so I think we're ready to go. Thank you guys for your time, we will try streaming ;)

    After trying a lot we finally got her approved, by taking a scan of the passport and then taking a photo.. Just happy it worked out, they still haven't replied to my verification though, think we will try sending that in again and hope for an answer
