Trouble getting verified

Issue:
Hi, hoping someone could help me. I'm trying to get me and my friend verified. So far I have uploaded several pictures of her passport up close, being clear and readable, but we keep getting denied because they "require you to upload an up-close photo of your ID so we can see all of the information on the ID.", but we have included that, several times. I tried sending one that was a little more up close, but that got denied because the edges weren't visible. I can't get any closer without cutting off the edges, so not really sure what to do here. I have my own solo profile (chrissieboi) where I had no trouble getting verified, so not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

Have been rejected again, this time by support directly, they told us the ID was blocking part of her face, which was correct, so we fixed that and got denied again immediately.Then we tried again with her iPhone, which did take a little clearer picture, but then they told us part of the id was blocked, and it really isnt. @punker barbie could you help us out here? We're really at a loss on what to do

After trying a lot we finally got her approved, by taking a scan of the passport and then taking a photo.. Just happy it worked out, they still haven't replied to my verification though, think we will try sending that in again and hope for an answer

Another update (sorry for all the posts, think this will be the last one)
Well, they say my id is already approved on this account, although we didn't get approved E-mail, so I think we're ready to go. Thank you guys for your time, we will try streaming
