On July 14, 2025, at 4:55 AM, while I was broadcasting on Chaturbate, my stream was suddenly suspended, and I was prompted to complete the age verification process. Shortly after, at 06:28:12 UTC on July 14, 2025, my account was officially banned.
At the time, the government-issued driver’s license I had previously submitted had just expired on July 11, 2025, and I was therefore required to upload a valid form of identification. I initially attempted to use my Sri Lankan National ID, but it was rejected—most likely due to the absence of English-language details.
I then realized I still had my expired, water-damaged passport, which includes my National ID number on the bio details page. This number can be cross-verified with the one on my previously submitted driver’s license to confirm my identity and age.
I wanted to reach out to explain this situation right away, but since I had already contacted Chaturbate Support several times, I didn’t want to overwhelm the system or cause confusion by sending multiple emails. However, I have sent several messages to your support team, but I have yet to receive any response.
I have attached proof in my emails, but since this is a public forum, I am unable to do so here. I respectfully request that you review the information provided and reconsider the ban on my account so I may continue broadcasting.
I would also like to highlight that I have always complied with Chaturbate’s community guidelines, and this platform is currently my sole source of income. I kindly ask for your understanding and support in resolving this matter swiftly and avoiding a permanent ban.
