My account was banned

my Chaturbate username is son555 . My account was banned because I mistakenly uploaded an expired ID. I recently renewed my ID and created a new account, then uploaded my new, valid ID, but the new account was also banned.

I’ve already contacted the Chaturbate support team by email, but I haven’t received a response yet. Could you please help me with this or let me know how I can get my account reviewed?
