“New” Tag

Hello everyone, I was wondering if I was able to get a “new” tag somehow. When I signed up I had no idea to utilize it and actually cam more than 20 minutes that week. I’m starting full time today (hopefully) and realize it’ll be harder without the tag. I sent an email to Shirley already! Thanks for all your help.
