Hey guys...i activates my account this year after 2 years of not using it ..I work for one week and streamate issues one payment from 2019 but did not pay the amount I got for the week I worked for in September. I sent them an email and they say I did not work that week. The amount is in my payment history ..one for referrals and one for my shows. In this case what do I do?

anytime regular support isn't really understanding or going really slow, message Liz. There is also an official streamatemodel discord server where you can get help from staff if it's a simple question.
