2nd Time banned after being bullied!

Hi,

I just see i am banned for a second time from chaturbate. I am a user, not a broadcaster.
Repeatedly i get bullied by the same persons.
Joyoflife2000: Uses over a hundred accounts and cheated many new models (become mod, silencing ppl with tokens and make the model set a password on the room and let her t think she gets payed).
This person is bullying me 2/4 times a week with multiple grey accounts in several new rooms. Saying i am a scammer, that i record shows and sell them to porn sites and he pushes the model to ban me (and that happened a lot).

Max1mumeffect. A guy that doesnt like me and is like a spider in a web. NEver talks, never says a word to a model unless i make a mistake. Today i got silenced in a room because the moderator thought i was advertising. I did not, came back with my old account to talk to the mod in pm. The mod apologized because he clicked the wrong person to silence. In mainchat max1mumeffect started to make false accusations that i used tricks and sayingboth accounts were me.
Bit childish in my opinion and i said publicly that it was my old account and that max1mumeffect crossed my borders and that i would report him this time. ( can he be a chaturbate moderator that abuses his position?)

I am very mad on the support center and Chaturbate because i never got any help when bullied and i even get a 2nd ban from the site now. Because of this i slowed down this year with buying tokens (im 5 years on the site) and bought last weeks no more tokens and i want to leave the site and go to Xhamster. All my friends and models i have to leave and that hurts but this isnt a nice place for me to have fun anymore if this is how Chaturbate works.

@punker barbie Can you please take a look in this matter. I will attach a lot of pictures with proof of the happenings.

One alternative, if/when you get the account back, disable chat for greys. I know that is maybe not ideal, but it's the best solution.
Or use a bot that makes greys wait for a set amount of time + enter a captcha in order to chat. Maybe he won't stick around for 10+ minutes each time he makes a new grey account, just to troll you.

Yes but have surely to forget the model. That should not be a big problem, seeing you following 1989 rooms
(I have few emergency accounts to ensure to stay in touch with my beloved 20 rooms ^^)

I must agree with the above 2.

I mean, whilst you're trying to help and we understand that and it's good of you to try stop models from being scammed, all that is probably happening in most situations is the model is being confused.
When you see 2 people come to your room and start bickering, you have no idea who to believe, and if they have already put their trust in the first person, they will favour them, until the bad deed is done. All you can do, is keep supplying your evidence to CB.

I genuinely have full sympathy, a dear wonderful model friend (who quit 2 or 3 years ago but I am still in contact with, now she is a nurse) had a guy do this kind of stunt with her ("giving her advice/guidance" for his own pleasure.
Luckily she wasn't dumb enough to password her room but she did listen to some of his "advice" (how to sit, what to do, when, for how long, all that BS).
I was not able to see her for a few days, so when I came in her room and saw it, I spoke with her, and helped her realise wtf was happening.

And yes, 1900+ models you're following? It seems like you are wanting to look for drama to be fair.
With that many on your follower list, you may as well not follow them, they are just all the models from the site lol.


But really, just keep reporting if you see it, don't engage with the guy/s being the exploiting ones. Use a tipnote to let the model know and she can decide for herself rather than having some huge drama in the room.

I have confirmed with support that your accounts are not currently banned. If you feel you are being harassed by this user or another user I strongly suggest you send this information to the support team if you have not already for them to review. The matter will be reviewed in detail just as when this came up previously a few months ago between your account and another user account.

@punker barbie Thats weird. Banned yesterday and now unbanned without any information from support. Im happy the ban is gone somehow ofcourse and many thanks agaion for your great help! I report the user for a long time and last months he is hunting me and attacking me in several rooms. I dont recognize him but i see it when he starts talking in Russian language to the model with my name in it. Then he comes with more (4/5) accounts dominating the room saying that she must ban me. However i will keep reporting this.

@Brett M You look like a nice person to me but what has the number of following models to do with me? What does it say about me instead of making false accusations. Im 5 / 6 ytears on the site and 90% doesnt broadcast anymore.

I would kindly ask to stop make accusations/ judgements based on pictures and things that arent there. Keep it nice and respectful please.

i didn't say you make it but you are a part of it, im assuming you are one of those guys that constantly visit the new models and thats why you know each of them and why they are calling you out like that? I see your objective but rather than start an argument calling out X name perhaps it would just be best to say you should never mod a grey or you should never do a password show.

Yes you are right. I mostly look new models and visit them mostly once. Just 2 models that are real friends and i moderate for. That guy is visiting only new rooms because he has most chance to talk them into a password show. But it doesnt matter what i say or how i say it or even when i say nothing. He just starts screaming and kicking and doing everything he can to get me banned. I tried a period to use tipnotes only but also that started drama or even getting banned by the model. Over the years he become smarter and more manipulative. Its maybe very sad but i dont warn models anymore and just report it when he starts bullying me. I did all i can to protect models but it only caused me a lot of trouble and no help from support. I hope he will leave me alone ad i really hope he is gonna realize that there are real people behind the cam and trying to earn money for living.

I remember we already exchanged here around a point not so different. You told that you know that you have sometime to avoid to talk too much and too fast, and in this case this can be get as harassing

If the other user is a natural troll/harasser this can only drive to never ending battles just like @cbhours feels it.

Mostly it is easy to forget about a model because its just a one time visit and follow. However after "a battle" with the bad guy i feel bad, even if he got kicked because i know he moves to another girl.
But i agree that this is a battle without an end. It is just so hard to see he (also if i see other people) is trying to abuse a model with lies and threats and i would just sit there and let it happen. It already feel really selfish to not warn the model and i would feel really bad to leave the room without warn the model. Probably its best to find a way to warn the model once and then leave the room.

My reason for 2 accounts was for being bulied by a troll for a long time. No help came so i made a new account and kept my old account because of the private show collection. So no weird reasons for making an account to come back after a silence or ban.

There are many gifs made to warn models from him by other users. Search joyoflife / joyoflife2000 and you will see.
He started changing accounts and his way of talking so people didnt recognize him anymore but somehow i always filtered him out.

I go back charturbating now and staying away (or not responding) from drama

DO as I suggested earlier: Use tip notes to warn the model, but don't be too aggressive about it. If she then wants to know more, she can be the one to contact you, and then briefly, explain to her what he does (the fact he takes them into a password show and exploits). And obviously, continue to report to CB, always.
