Account ban by my studio owner

Hello I was working under studio my username was
“Amy_girl” I was working good and following all the rules
Once I said my studio owner that I don’t want to work and I am going to start my own individual model account he said yes
But when I start for verification in my new individual id
It said my document is permanently ban
I need help in this I didn’t do anything against the rule
Please help me in this
