My Chaturbate account (the account name is Deadmango) was recently banned following a mistake on my part.
I violated the Terms of Service streaming a movie privately with a model i've known for years, and I fully acknowledge that responsibility.
It's the first time did this, and I’ve never had an issue on the platform before.
I’ve already submitted a request for review, but it has been over two weeks without a response.
I understand that the support team may be busy, but I would really appreciate any information on whether my account is being reviewed or considered for reinstatement.
I don’t want to create a new account and risk breaking the rules again, I’d much rather resolve this properly.
I do not have a ticket number, that has not been shared by email as far as i can see.
