I have sent three emails to charturbate concerning an appeal on my account ban i.e hot_xtin001 .and I haven't received any email from support yet . The last email I sent on 4february 2026 using this email bountychristine@gmail.com
@punker barbie am humbly requesting for your help ... I request for closer of my old account i.e sweet_ xtin12 since I didnt have access to .let me be honest with you ...I was working for someone who controlled my account whereby the email address and payment information belonged to her. So wen I decided to go work for my myself this on January she refused to change email address for the account so that I can be able to access it ..therefore I decided to create a new account and it got verified.. so I emailed support to close my old account sweet_xtin12 and asked me to send a self of me holding an ID and sent exactly the way they wanted me to send..later they emailed me saying the account (sweet_xtin12) has been qued for deletion. While I was waiting for the account deletion i start broadcasting with my new account...which I didn't know it was against the rules I should have waited untill the old account was deleted ..I never did this to go against the rules. Later when I logged in to the new account to broadcaster it was banned...emailed them asking why I was banned and they said
"Rule Description: The use of one or more forms of identification belonging to someone else, with the intent to misrepresent identity or gain unauthorized access."
Therefore I would like to know if the issue can be reviwed and the ban lifted since I love working so much on charturbate
Or is this final I really never intended to go against the rules
