Account Banned after age verification

After my age verification got approved I tried to sign the broadcaster agreement but the site wouldnt let me continue and froze so refreshed the site and got instantly banned

I already sent support a message

I just wanna update this case

My girlfirend and me wanted to start streaming so used my chaturbate account which i created in 2018

After we registred my girldfriend and got her age veryfied the account got banned

the explanaition we got from customer support was my girl wasnt 18 when the account got created so thats why they terminated the account

now i kinda understand the problem but i also dont understand the issue

if I the account holder would have gotten age veryfied first would there still be a problem if i restiger my girlfriend on my account or there would be the same problem with my account ? @punker barbie maybe you have more insight for me in this situiation

Should i just create a new account an register us again on the site or should i clear up this case with costumer support ?
