Account banned after token purchase

Hello,

As stated in the object, my account has been banned after a token buyout. I can't have an explanation since then for some reason .

I was charged on my bank account on the purchase day (April 1st) after I entered my credit card info using autofil and made second factor authentication on my bank app. Then I tipped a streamer and then the next day (April 2nd) I was credited the amount back on my bank account and got banned without an explanation!

Could you please help? My Account name is EllaGamerGal.
