Account banned and no reply

I'm contacting you because my account "purpur_nya" was banned on August 12th and still no reply from support (not even a ticket number).
The weird thing is that I'm guest in an apartment of 2 friends of mine and we share obviously the same internet connection - they were banned at the same time and it occurred just after I received an offline tip from a user named smoker919

May you please assist in having back my account, I need it to work and pay my part of home rent.
My friends don't mind as they use grey accounts and they can create other ones whenever they want.

@purpur_nya I reported you to CB Support for harassment under the CB Code of Conduct after you posted a link in a model's chat to a defamatory article written about me by StreamerSuite. This is the message I wrote in the tip note to you (with the room name omitted and my own rushed grammar):

I was sent a screenshot of your message in ___. I'm sure you're well aware that the site article you cited is operated by StreamerSuite who is well known to CB for running a number of scams here.

This is the screenshot I was sent and which I sent to CB Support in return:

Ouch... this is why I don't got to view other broadcasters rooms. I just come to my room alone.. mind my own business and stay only in it till I log off... if a member wants me to enter his room I'd preffer he shares his cam instead

Hi @punker barbie I only shared the warning I had about smoker919 by my studio and his acting is confirmimg how bad he is.
It seems to me the platform prefers having this guy
- spamming with his apps in all the rooms
- jumping in all the rooms and threatening all the models saying only his apps are safe (everyone can check the ones with source code visible he is reserving himself commands execution - and having V2 apps always running he can store info and read them when model offline - as he confirmed to do with his antispam app)
- reporting models going against him
- defamating all the other developers that had ideas and developed cool apps (this is against ToS too)
- advertising his apps by payment
Instead of protecting models.

Said that I'm still waiting a reply from the support.... Or should I consider smoker919 as Chaturbate employee?
