I’m reaching out hoping you, as a Chaturbate representative, might be able to help me.

My username is elizabetharo, and my account has been banned for about a week.

I immediately sent one email a week ago as soon as I learned about the ban. Today, I followed up within the same conversation instead of creating a new ticket, because I am very concerned. This situation has been extremely stressful since I haven’t received any response.

The ban notice mentions racial slurs, but I am very confused because it would never be my intention to make, promote, or encourage racist comments, as I have great respect for Chaturbate’s rules and community standards. If anything I said was misunderstood or taken out of context, I sincerely apologize.

I recognize the importance of this rule, and I truly feel this could have been a misunderstanding or an automatic enforcement. If that is not the case, I sincerely commit that this will not happen again, as I take my work very seriously and always strive to be careful and respectful.

Any guidance, clarification, or support you can provide would mean a great deal to me. I feel lost, and your help would be truly appreciated.

If you already sent two messages, I imagine you already told them all the pertinent details and information you consider important to your case. For now, try to avoid sending any more messages, as any new message could send you back to the end of the queue. Support often takes more than one week to answer, and there is nothing else to do but wait in that regard.

I hope that if it was truly a misunderstanding, you get the ban lifted. Good luck.
