hello @punker barbie , i was banned from cb because they say i use falsified identification, and that is not true all my identification is real, I already send all of my identification and they still banned me, I read all the terms and policy i did not do anything against it, please help me recover my account Eve_adamson hoping for you kind and consideration thank you.

Yes they replied to my email saying they have reason to believe I provided false identification but the ID i provided is authentic and was provided to me by my local governments authority that issues IDs. This confusion has caused great distress to me and my familys well being and I'm at risk of losing my residence soon. Can you please help me clear up this confusion and get my account unabnned please.
