The account was blocked without any explanation, and customer support hasn't responded since December 24, 2025. My passport details have also been blacklisted (account: Nancy_witch). I have been working both at studios and from home since 2020 and never had any serious violations.
The only issue is that I had a messy departure from a studio and decided to start a personal account in December 2023 (I was a guest; the account I attached was named "imxappy"). Later, from June to September 2024, my husband and I worked for an online studio. After that, we decided to return to the personal account "Nancy_witch" and hired a chat operator. We worked with him until March 2025, when he scammed us out of our money due to personal animosity and manipulation
