Probably nothing that you can do, it is very strange for you to have picked that affiliate program, most people go with the 20% revshare. When people sign up for the pay per registration program it just sends red flags all over the place specially if no one actually buys tokens. People often pick that affiliate program and try to trick CB with fake registrations but jokes on them cause CB has spent many years now fighting fake traffic so CB is the last site you want to try to pull that with.
Even if you didn't try to do any fake registrations programs like that will often remove you from the program if they aren't satisfied with the results. The 20% rev share i mentioned is the best program they offer in my opinion.

I have 15 thousand followers on Instagram. I posted the link in the bio. Someone may not have had time to replenish the tokens. it's all weird

? You said twitter the first time, doesnt instagram ban people for cb affiliate links there? I don't know I don't use instagram very often but I thought I heard something about that a while back.

I mean, there is a twitter, there is an instagram, I made a post there in the bio too. Instagram has a lot of followers, just like Twitter. AutoCorrect was simple) did not have time to add "instagram". on instagram 15 thousand, on twitter 2 thousand readers. Let’s say that on the day if 100 people registered and after 3 days 50 people bought tokens, they can’t immediately register with tokens.
