Account Banned & Ineligible to broadcast

HI @punker barbie & @AmberCutie. Good Day. My account was banned earlier this month and despite of sending emails to support from my email address and raising support tickets, I only get automated replies. my account name is same as my user name (big_black83)
I know I had made a mistake. I came into a situation where my kid came running into my room where I was set to broadcast but thankfully I was not naked. I got him out of my room and the next thing that happened to me was my account banned. Can you please help me lift the ban. I would make sure this thing never happens again. I raised a ticket today aswell and in reply I got an automated reply.

So, I gt a reply from support team today. They asked for an acknowledgement reply that I did. Now I am waiting for the ban to be lifted !

Just be patient, a human being has to read it. Punker Barbie is just a messenger. There's no one that can escalate an issue for you or make it happen any faster.
