Account banned - need help

My username on chaturbate is jackcsprat.
I did a show last night and don't recall any issues whatsoever.
Today when I attempt to login to chaturbate I see a message on the webpage that my account has been banned.
I have been a performer on chaturbate for many years now and am a stickler for the rules and frequently ban visitors to my channel that don't
follow the Chaturbate TOS.
I filled out the required form for Chaturbate and am anxiously awaiting a response from them. I have a good following on Chaturbate and am hoping they
will expedite my request for reinstatement and inform me what happened to cause the ban.
Any chaturbate admins that can assist me, I would greatly appreciate it.

@punker barbie I submitted the required form regarding my account ban on Nov. 18th and haven't heard anything back as of yet.
Can you tell me what the typical turnaround time is for Chaturbate to respond on account ban issues ? It seems many of us are getting them these
days. I appreciate any help you can provide. I have yet to get a ticket number or anything.

@punker barbie Thanks much for your assistance. I received an email from Chaturbate that my suspension was in error and it has been lifted.
One problem though, I am still being forced back to the broadcaster registration page even though my ID verification is approved and is visible on the registration page.
It seems that Chaturbate still needs to clear any outdated compliance flags. I replied on the email they sent me about the suspension being lifted, but not sure how long it will take for them to get back with me.
Any suggestions or help you can provide would be appreciated. Attached is a redacted screenshot of where I am stuck. Clicking on the "Start Broadcasting" button just takes me back to this same registration page.
