Account banned - need some assistance

Hi @punker barbie , my account (account name snarfle ) was banned , supposedly for some violation, but I have been on the site for years, and know the rules, and was not violating any rule.

I have a feeling it was because of one very annoying guy that is always in my room and saying inappropriate things. I've silenced him many times, and now i regret not banning him.

please help me , I need my account. I sent a message to support, but i see they no longer assign a ticket number automatically.

now i'm positive it's somehow related to that guy, because i saw him in a room he frequents when he's not in mine, with a new username (just added a digit to his old name), so he must have gotten banned at the same time i was banned. what a troublemaker.. He always comes in and says very descriptive things about illegal stuff.. really should have banned him, but i know he'd just make a new account and pop up again the same day.
