account banned on cb w/out reason?

i was in a middle of a private when cb banned me, i wasnt doing anything wrong so im not sure what has happened.

my username is: DevilsChick on chaturbate,

i emailed support, i only received automated response with no ticket number.... please help. ill do what it takes.
