@punker barbie can I please have your help. I emailed support my user name is discreethubby1369. I woke up banned this morning . Chaturbate was live last night with Jack and my buddy was watching and typed in the chat a few times that girl is not attractive it was a bigger girl and he said get the big girl off the screen … he wasn’t degrading or rude but he shouldn’t of said that…. But literally that’s all that was said, nothing derogatory or anything like that. And I do apologize it will never happen again! Can you please help me get unbanned ?

Hi, the rep here can't help you to get the ban lifted--the help you'll get comes in the form of letting you know about the status of your case with support. So write to support and wait for an answer.

Now, what happened might not have been 'degrading', but it is definitely rude to ask a model off the screen. Also, it doesn't matter if it was you or good ol' Jack who typed--it is your account and you're responsible for everything that happens with it.

If you already emailed them and opened a ticket using the support form, then you already wrote to them twice.
