My Chaturbate username is i_am_ari. My account has been banned since November 29th, and I’m reaching out here because I haven’t been able to get any clear response or explanation from support.
Since the ban, I’ve submitted multiple tickets. Unfortunately, I’ve only received automated replies or generic messages, and no one has directly reviewed or answered my case. I’ve done everything I can from my side, including apologizing and trying to clarify the situation, but I still haven’t been told what steps to take or whether my account is under review.
The ban notice mentions racial slurs. I want to sincerely clarify that there was no intention on my part to make, promote, or encourage racist comments. If anything I said was misinterpreted or taken out of context, I truly apologize. This was never my intention, and I fully respect Chaturbate’s rules and policies.
I understand how serious this rule is, which is why this situation has been very distressing for me. I feel that this may have been a misunderstanding or an automatic action, and I’ve been trying to explain that through support without success.
This account is my main source of income, and being banned for over a month without a real response has been extremely stressful and overwhelming. I’m not trying to avoid responsibility I’m only asking for the chance to have my case properly reviewed by a real person.
