Account banned, support is silent

I was banned in the middle of a stream. I didn't violate any rules, it was a very typical day and I wasn't doing much in the free chat.

I received a response from support, not sure if this after @punker barbie pinged them, or they decided to respond on their own after 5 days since the original message.

Regardless, they explained the concern, so I'm all set.
