Hello @punker barbie. My account was banned on November 27, 2025 and since then i’ve sent 3 emails asking support what happened and still have not received a response. My username is cindyxxchen and I believe I made a big mistake during my most recent stream. I remember I was talking about my mom and so the chat kept asking to see her so i was dumb and showed an old picture of her which also had me when i was a baby in the pic too. Looking back I realize this is real bad so im wondering if this is a permanent ban or if theres a possibility i can do anything, such as explain myself and apologize to lift the ban. I have been using CB for over 5 months now and have over 25k followers, by being a more established broadcaster would that help give me a better chance? Just looking for honest advice and to have my emails reach support, so if it’s a permanent ban at least i’ll know to move on. If there’s really no hope, someone please just let me know. I understand intent when it comes to anything regarding minors is generally not tolerable however I just wonder if that’s always the case or if there’s anything I can do.
