Account banned without any warning

Hello,

It's been a week that my account was banned, I didn't receive any warnings that day about what could've lead to the ban (I don't even remember when I received my last warning). Usually support answers me 2 or 3 days after I message them, but this time I haven't received any explanation (not even an e-mail saying that I was actually banned...).

What can I do?

Hello @punker barbie , do you think you can help me with any information about this? I didn't get any e-mail from CB saying I was banned, they didn't answer my message asking for a reason and no warnings were sent lately to my account... I've had some warnings stop my broadcast about 4 or 5 times, in the last 6 months, regarding "#cashmaster" in my room title -- each time support said was a mistake from the system and the warnings were lifted from my account.

it's been more than a week now and I still didn't get any email about my ban... not even a message stating my account was banned. No reply either, answering me about what happened, if I can do anything to reverse the situation... not a single word but the "banned account page" when I log in...

@punker barbie do you have any info at all you could share with me? I want to work with CB to solve any possible issue they have found.

(and if anyone has any tips on how to deal with the anxiety during these times, I could use some!)

when you send an email to cb support team support@chaturbate.com You will receive an automatic email that the email has been received. After that, you will have to wait.

How can I find the ticket number?

I've contacted them (using the form they provided on the site) from the moment I realized I was banned, on December 9th. That resulted on this automated e-mail saying they received my message:


I e-mailed then once and entered another messagre using the form on the site.

It has been 10 days since I was banned and submitted a requesto to support. No answer so far (no answer or explanation for my ban, not even an e-mail communicating I was banned!), no idea where I can find the ticket numbers...

I'm sure they're receiving your messages. It's just that their research/response times can exceed weeks at times. It's just the way Chaturbate does things, and it's terrible.

Thanks for the reply! I'm not sure they are since @punker barbie couldn't find them... or did I misunderstood something?

Being banned from CB 2 weeks before Christmas probably figures on the top 3 "worst things that happened to me in 2024" (and it's been a pretty bad year lol)... so I really appreciate your answer
