Account Banned

My username is bwc_91
Support request # 18972629

My account was banned while broadcasting on Tuesday. Like many others, I received no explanation and haven't heard back yet from support (I emailed evening of Jan 18th).

I wasn't doing anything against the guidelines in my broadcast (and never do). My only thought is that it could be due to me having created multiple accounts. However, this was necessary because I lost access to my initial account which is now disabled. Any help from support is greatly appreciated!

I just got a helpful email letting me know it was because they believed I was broadcasting pre-recorded content. It was a warning and they will be reinstating my account

Kind of frustrating because I've never broadcasted pre-recorded content. I tend to not respond in chat because I prefer PM conversations, so they must have taken my lack of chat activity as a sign of pre-recording. Thankfully all cleared up now
