I got my account banned last night after I finished streaming. Not sure why I was banned, most likely culprit was something I typed out. I got in trouble a couple days prior because I had porn on in the background and was unaware they don't allow porn videos in the background of the stream to be in view. They sent me a warning and I acknowledged it. However, last night I do not know what I did to violate the terms and conditions. I usually say I must be "high" instead of saying the forbidden R word when I say something silly. But I can't imagine that simple expression got me banned, but also was curious if my mentioning of having too much stomach acid made them think I was referring to another kind of acid... and that's why I got banned. Either way I sent two help tickets like an idiot because I assumed the first ticket was ignored since it was over 12 hours since I sent it. This sucks cause it is my only form of income at this time. I am also curious if this will affect my wife's separate account and do I have to get reverified under her account to join her? Normally It wasn't a problem cause my account is linked to hers but since it says I'm banned, does that mean I can't join her at all now? Or can I just upload my ID to her account separately?

, but happy I at least had the luck to cash out everything under my wife's acct which is still active. Curious though how hers would be affected if she had her account before she met me. Would unlinking the account from hers at least give her the ability to stream on her own?

I just received an email back from support saying I was involved regarding minors which is not accurate at all. I am so confused what has happened to me. I have unlinked my wife's account to not affect her account any longer. This does not make any sense. I would never be involved with that nonsense!!! Any way I can discuss this with someone at chaturbate. I do not see my account as terminated on the website yet....

my account, whiskyjane, was recently banned. I Followed up with support and they finally reached back and said I was trying to obtain child content which is completely FALSE. My wife and I both use chaturbate together and I have been using it solo to fill the gap until I find a job, however I never engaged in any kind of behavior like that. I do NOT even like people younger than me. My wife is older than me and I enjoy mature women so I'm not sure what evidence they ascertained but it is complete BS. I assume there is no appeal for this decision regardless of how many people write to support on my behalf? My wife wants to stay on chaturbate if this ban is lifted but she has no problem jumping to another site and starting over. We don't want to do this because we met on chaturbate and got married... but we will if there is no recourse to this blaintly false accusation. Considering my day job was teaching and I have had backgrounds checks for this already, this completely crazy. This accusation will possibly affect me going into teaching into the future. I am completely appalled by this decision. I really hope there is some way to appeal it or discuss with someone further about this situation.

Well I have both supporters and other cam models writing to support on my behalf. People that know my character and me personally... will this make a difference at all? What if I mentioned in another support ticket that I am a victim of child abuse and to be accused of that goes way beyond anything I would ever do and stand completely opposed to... would any of this help, please get back to me. Also curious about legal representation as a final recourse.. sorry if someone acusses me of illicit activity that I did not carry out, I need to fight it. Any suggestions?

No one can advocate for you, for all support knows it's you sending emails from multiple burner accounts.
Telling them you are a victim of CSA is probably the least smart move you could possibly make.
I can only imagine what you said to trigger the ban, did you make a comment about your childhood or ask about someone else's childhood or mention anything at all about childhood? Because that is just as bad as asking for actual CP in their eyes. And no the nuances of the conversation don't matter in the moment.

Yea I got the previous response and I have a huge problem with it. I do not know what evidence or who accussed me of it but I never committed the accusation they are accusing me of.. when I was a child I was a victim of the same abuse so I would NEVER be interested in that content nor be engaged in trying to obtain it. My personal preference is even to people older than myself.... this is a LOAD of crap, I was most likely reported by trolls and since there is no recourse I feel like chaturbate just accepts whatever accusations are made regardless of their veracity or integrity.

Nope, I had one Grey talk about wanting to be talk to like they are underage, I asked them to refrain they didn't listen and I banned them. I do not engage in that garbage nor spoke with anyone regarding that even as a fantasy. Email said terminated and permanently banned. If chaturbate thinks I'm writing emails from burner accounts that's on them. My wife will be alerting her followers she is no longer going to broadcast from cb and we will go elsewhere if the ban isnt lifted. If this is how they treat their models, especially after being on the site for so long... seems like a load of BS. With over 50k followers bw my wife and myself, kind of shocked they would come to a final conclusion over unfounded nonsense.
So if I was a victim, that plays no bearing into my character? If am zealously opposed to that conduct and content, does this have 0 bearing? If I volunteer in my personal life hearing victims of the same abuse I went through? Imagine getting #metooed as a victim... Becaue I believe chaturbate has 0 proof to try to accuse me of being an Epstein. They might have some unverified witness making a random false accusation. But apparently anyone can accuse me of anything and chaturbate will take their word over a model that has been on there over 10 years. Seems like a lack of care for their employees. Especially when I was most likely reported by trolls for not giving them free services on a site riddled with beggars. Even if the ban is lifted, I have already rethought my involvement moving forward as well as my wife.

Yea my side is true, I DO NOT HAVE INTEREST IN THAT GARBAGE. Not sure why CB opts to decide without evidence and plays the game it is easier to just terminate without review because why pay a person an hour to do more work when it is just easier to terminate and move on. So wife and I can do that with CB as well, terminate it from our lives and move on to another site or make our own content and sell it on onlyfans.
Honestly, this is a victory for trolls and a loss to CB and the viewers, because we met each other on there and found love, we DONT need it anymore because we only found enjoyment in it when we were stuck in dead relationships at the time and the reasons why we started this "jobby." A lack of fulfillment in life, that is all this company is for people unhappy and unfulfilled (both viewer and model). And couple that wit the way they treat their "independet contractors" I guess CB is no different than a rideshare company. So congrats CB is the uber of Live streams which says a lot about the integrity of a company.
