Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this request to humbly ask for your assistance inregards of my banned account in Chaturbate (Stefanylangkat). My account was banned due to “the discussion of or display of urination (pee), defecation (poo), or blood is not allowed”. It was an honest mistake, the customer asked me to urinate infront of the camera but I am unable to respond to him that it’s not allowed because I got busy entertaining other customers. I was still streaming at that time when suddenly my stream stopped and I received a notification regarding my account being banned.
Nevertheless, I made sure to strictly follow the terms and conditions you have implemented. I’ve been contacting Chaturbate’s support for almost three months already yet I haven’t received any proper response. They only sent me an automated email which didn’t resolved my case. I am reaching out to you to seek an assistance on reviewing my case.
Above all, I am the breadwinner of my family and Chaturbate is my only source of income that’s why I really want to solve this case through your help. As a transgender, it is difficult for me to find a safe and supportive platform that I can work with. I’m humbly asking for your help so that I can be able to return on broadcasting again.
